PROCESSING TIMES

Although most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase from our warehouse, please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process before they are shipped. ** Please note we have no control over your package as soon as it is in the hands of our shipping partners.

SHIPPING TIMES/SHIPPING RATES

Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not included in business days.

We use the Unites States Postal Service for most shipping.  Most orders are delivered in 5-7 business days after processing but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery in some cases.

  • Free standard shipping for orders over $95.
  • USPS Standard Mail – $5.99
  • USPS Priority Mail – $8.99
  • USPS Priority Mail Express – $27.49 (Currently not available for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.)

AT THIS TIME, WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

WE DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY BASES

Once a package leaves our facility and/or makes it into the possession of the carrier, CBD Harvest is no longer liable for the status or location of your order.

Currently we cannot ship THC/Kratom products to the following states:

DELTA 8

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, New York, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, Utah, and Washington.

DELTA 9

Washington, Idaho, Colorado, North Dakota, Kentucky, Vermont, Pennsylvania

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.  At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges on orders.  However, if you receive a shipment with a missing, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately via email at customerservice@shopcbdharvest.com with your contact information, order number, and details of the issue you are experiencing within 5 business days of receiving your order.
