In 2018, the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (The 2018 Farm Bill) removed hemp as a schedule 1 substance and reclassified it as an agricultural commodity. The Farm Bill also legalized the sale, transportation, and possession of hemp-derived CBD products with <0.3% Delta-9 THC.

WHAT IS DELTA-8 THC?
Delta-8 THC is a psychoactive compound that’s pretty similar to delta-9 THC. Delta-9 THC is a compound in the cannabis plant that produces a “high.” It’s what people are usually referring to when they talk about THC.
Though delta-8 is similar to delta-9 THC, it has a slightly different chemical structure that makes it less potent.
IS DELTA-8 THC LEGAL?
Yes, Delta-8 THC is federally legal through the 2018 Farm Bill which legalized hemp and its extracts. However, some states have prohibited Delta-8, therefore, you should check your local laws before making a purchase.
WILL DELTA-8 GET ME HIGH?
Because delta-8 is so similar to delta-9 THC, it will also cause a “high.” However, some people describe it as milder than with delta-9 THC.
HOW DO I DOSE DELTA-8 THC?
Due to the delayed onset of Delta 8 THC, a user may need a few uses or days to find their perfect dose. Doses are highly individualized and don’t completely seem tied to any specific physical feature (age, sex, weight, etc) so, regardless of size, it’s best to start with a lower dose and work your way up. You can always take more, but you can’t untake Delta 8 THC.
A typical oral dose for Delta 8 THC is between 10-40 mg. Those that need above 40mg tend to be heavy recreational users of Delta 9. 10 mg can make a big difference in effects for some people so we generally recommend to not exceed 10 mg’s when stepping up in dosage. Keep in mind that some users may also need less than 10 mg.
A typical vape dosage is 1-3 three second puffs. It is typically not necessary to take more than this unless the user is a heavy user of Delta 9.
HOW DO I TAKE A TINCTURE?
Typical dosage of CBD Tincture is 1ml (1 full dropper) daily. We recommend taking ½ of the dropper in the morning and ½ of the dropper in the evening. Place the oil under your tongue and allow to soak 30-60 seconds before swallowing. The longer you hold the oil, the better! Consistency is key!
HOW DO I PREVENT MY CARTRIDGE FROM CLOGGING?
Clogging commonly occurs when oil seeps past the coil or when excess vapor cools and then condenses along the walls of the inner cartridge. When enough oil ends up in the airway between the coil and the exit of the mouthpiece, the buildup can block the ability to draw air through the mouthpiece. This can often be prevented by taking short, light hits and not overheating your oil.
HOW DO I UNCLOG MY DISPOSABLE VAPE PEN?
If you find that your Disposable Vape or Cartridge is not pulling, the easiest way to heat it up is by warming it in your hands and taking small (3 second) pulls or puffs from it until you feel airflow through the mouth piece. If you’re tasting your strain flavor, you’re on the right track.
After the oil is warmed up a bit of constant suction will break the clog, then multiple short ‘puffs’ will help vaporize the excess oil that is clogging the airway. If the device is still not pulling, you may want to use something warmer to heat up the body of the oil like a hair dryer.
